MATC | Track Coaching

Logo DESIGN

Track Coaching is a new customizable mentorship program designed to increase student retention and graduation rates at Milwaukee Area Technical College. This initiative utilizes mentors, known as “coaches”, to train all students (from diverse backgrounds) on a personable approach that encourages optimal learning and self-building outcomes.

To align the logo design with MATC’s current branding and Track Coaching’s purpose, I went in the visual direction of tracks, a finish line, and flag with simplicity. The 3 “tracks” on the flag represent the diverse paths of students, (different, but yet the same) all headed to the finish line that doubles as the flag pole positioned in a forward motion.
